Manufacturers have agreed to promptly replace or repair any product that is damaged or defective.

Orders are shipped after GS Hobby Store has received payment.
Shipping and Delivery: Our policy is to ship the same day payment has been received when possible. Due to delays that GS Hobby Store can not control (such as pick-ups, deliveries, holidays, manufacturer schedules, et cetera), some orders can not be shipped the same day. Product Returns: Product returns are handled by the product manufacturers. Returns handled by GS Hobby Store incure a 15 percent re-stocking fee. There is no return on shipping and handling charges. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and must be returned in original packaging.
